An apartment of this size in a new building is a routine but not an easy task: sleeping and living zones, storage and a bathroom have to fit without crowding a modest floor area. The answer is usually found in the plan rather than in the finishes.
Storage at this floor area usually goes into built-in wardrobes along blank walls: a separate pantry is a luxury here, and a walk-in closet normally takes its area from the bedroom. A second washroom, if one is needed, is settled at the same stage.
