The portfolio covers two areas of work. The interior one holds apartments, a penthouse, houses and public spaces, from a 47 m² apartment to a night club of 1,100 m². The architectural one is represented by a separate stage for a country house, where the volume, its placement on the plot and the facades were resolved rather than what goes inside.
Residential part
Apartments from 47 to 240 m², an apartment for a family with children, an apartment with loft elements, a penthouse, country and private houses, and a boathouse on the Yenisei. Floor areas run from 47 to 500 m². The tasks in this part are almost always about the plan: how many rooms stay separate, where storage goes, how the shared area connects to the private one.
Public part
Cafes, a pizzeria cafe, a teahouse, a meat-focused eatery, coffee shops, bars, a night club, a hostel and restaurants, from 100 to 1,100 m². Here a production loop is added to the plan: the kitchen with its prep areas, extraction, storage, staff facilities. In venues of this scale, keeping guest and service routes apart usually shapes the project more than style does.
Locations and years
Most of the work belongs to Krasnoyarsk. Beyond it the portfolio holds objects in Kansk and a beer restaurant in Harbin. The project years run from 2012 to 2020.
