In seventy square metres of a new building one usually has to choose between the number of separate rooms and the size of the shared living area. That choice is the main design decision in apartments of this format.
Storage at this floor area usually goes into built-in wardrobes along blank walls: a separate pantry is a luxury here, and a walk-in closet normally takes its area from the bedroom. A second washroom, if one is needed, is settled at the same stage.
