At well over a thousand square metres a club has to be broken into several modes of use: a loud zone, quieter seating, bars, circulation. Keeping them acoustically separated is the central design task.
At large floor areas a venue stops being a single room: several seating zones appear, along with a service loop, storage and staff areas. The main difficulty here is not the fit-out but the logistics between them.
