Loft devices in an apartment are primarily work with open volume and with materials left unclad. The limits are set by the load-bearing walls and the routing of services rather than by style.
Storage at this floor area usually goes into built-in wardrobes along blank walls: a separate pantry is a luxury here, and a walk-in closet normally takes its area from the bedroom. A second washroom, if one is needed, is settled at the same stage.
